The Trees are Feeling Springish
I love the first buds of spring — it’s like a giant teaser for the fantastic show that is soon to come. Here are some pictures of my trees budding in this warmer weather.

Spring is fast approaching, so it is time for some spring planning in terms of planting! Now is the time to finalize those varieties that you will be growing and get your seed growing kits ready. I added new seed varieties this year as well as a new seed starting kit with heat mats.
If you live in the hills in Eugene, you have definitely heard these frogs calling. I’ve lived here for over a year though, and I had never seen one. I finally found one sitting under a bush in my yard, so i had to take some pictures.
My excitement of having blueberry bushes last year quickly wore off when I realized I had put them in a bad place. This year, I had to right that wrong by moving them to a higher, drier, and sunnier location.
Spring has sprung on me quite early this year. Take a garden tour with me and see what has decided to come up a month or two early over here.
